Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der Web-Applikation Loopero. Mit der Nutzung stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.
2. Nutzung der Software
Loopero ist ein Werkzeug für Musiker zum privaten Üben und Analysieren von Musikstücken.
- Tab Capture & Dateien: Die Funktion, Audio aus Browser-Tabs aufzunehmen oder lokale Dateien zu öffnen, dient ausschließlich Studienzwecken.
- Urheberrecht: Der Nutzer versichert, Loopero nicht zu verwenden, um Urheberrechte Dritter zu verletzen (z.B. illegale Vervielfältigung oder Weiterbreitung von geschützten Streams). Die Verantwortung für die Legalität der aufgenommenen Inhalte liegt allein beim Nutzer.
3. Gewährleistung & Haftung
Die Software wird "wie besehen" (as is) bereitgestellt.
- Wir übernehmen keine Garantie für die ständige Verfügbarkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit der App.
- Max Mustermann haftet nicht für Datenverlust oder rechtliche Konsequenzen, die aus der Nutzung der "Tab Capture"-Funktion durch den Nutzer entstehen.
- Die Haftung ist auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
4. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Graz.

These terms apply to the use of the web application Loopero. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of Software
Loopero is a tool for musicians for private practice and analysis of music tracks.
- Tab Capture & Files: The function to record audio from browser tabs or open local files is intended solely for study purposes.
- Copyright: The user agrees not to use Loopero to infringe on third-party copyrights (e.g., illegal reproduction or distribution of protected streams). The responsibility for the legality of the recorded content lies solely with the user.
3. Warranty & Liability
The software is provided "as is".
- We do not guarantee the continuous availability or error-free operation of the app.
- Max Mustermann is not liable for data loss or legal consequences arising from the user's use of the "Tab Capture" function.
- Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Governing Law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Graz.
